SquadPick Terms of Use

1. The Service

SquadPick is a matchday game for your own football team. You join or create a league with teammates, pick players, predict scores and earn points based on real match events.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Leagues and team content

League names, player names, selections and other content you add are your responsibility. Do not share personal data of others without a lawful basis, and do not use the Service to harass or harm anyone.

4. Premium subscriptions

SquadPick Premium unlocks premium features for an entire league. One member can purchase a subscription so the whole league gets access.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the device used for purchase. Payment is charged to your store account.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Restore: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use "Restore purchases" in the Premium screen so we can re-link an existing store subscription to your account and league.
• Trials: If a free trial is offered, details are shown before you start. When the trial ends, paid access continues only if you have an active subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to cheat scoring, disrupt the Service, reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing and availability may change. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of scores or match data, and uninterrupted operation. Match events and points can be corrected when source data changes.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, points, league standings or opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you have read and understood them.
