How do you submit a deletion request?
- Send an email to info@squadpick.app with the subject "Account deletion request".
- Include in the email the address you used to register with SquadPick.
- We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
What data is deleted?
When your account is deleted, all data linked to your account is permanently removed, including:
- Profile data (name, email address, username)
- League memberships and roles
- Player selections and predictions
- Leaderboard and point totals
- Notification preferences
- Push notification token
Retention period
After your request is approved, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Backups may still exist for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they are also erased.
